“I’ve been working out since I was sixteen years old. Over time, I learned the basics of training and nutrition, but for the past few years I found myself stuck. No real progress, just maintaining. I could not decide whether to bulk or cut, so I did neither. Every year I looked in the mirror and saw the same physique, and eventually that frustration caught up to me.
